Generations ago, we had the "silent" AKA Traditional generation. Then the "baby boomers," gen X, gen Y AKA "millennial," gen Z, and now gen Alpha... Mental health just like heart disease or diabetes etc. will not skip a generation unless it is addressed. Since the silent generation we as men have remained true to the age-old adage that men do not need to show their emotions... just keep their head down and carry on. How's that working for us? Well, the divorce rates are through the roof and "Christians" do not fare any better, in fact, worse... so what is going on? Well, I believe that since the silent generation these "manly traits" have continued to hold true because of addiction, societal pressures, and passive men and Christianity... but guess what, we are finally moving the right direction! Men, express your feelings, dare I say more than women! Guess what? Women dig it, and it is a part of being the spiritual leader of the household.
